We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Items are second hand and we do our best to accurately describe item sizes and condition, however, sometimes we might get it wrong.

If you have questions about any items listed or would like measurements or more information, please feel free to contact us.

Under New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act, you are entitled to a refund if the item provided is faulty, unfit for purpose or does not match the description or images provided.
